After I ordered this a few weeks ago, I found a few negative reviews of this product and the seller. I was a bit nervous, having read about parts not fitting quite right, or receiving the wrong products altogether. My experience, however, has been nothing but positive. The furniture is shipped fully assembled except for the bed and rails (obviously) and was VERY well packaged. Shipping is by freight, which is typical for orders this large. That means that it must go through and air/ground supplier and NOT USPS/UPS, so be prepared for longer shipping times (a lot of people complained about this). My shipping time was about 1.5 weeks from order to delivery.I assembled the bed in just under an hour, and it does sit up much higher than our old one (which was just on a standard frame). I, for one, really like high beds and I think this is typical of most sets. I would rate the quality on par with most of the large commodity furniture stores. I wasn't looking for high-end at this price. Its built remarkably sturdily and I am very happy with my purchase.
