This is the easiest piece of furniture I ever put together...no tools and it took me 10 minutes...worth ervery penny

The ordering process was simple. Delivery of initial product was on time. When we first opened the product, the top had a dimple on the one corner so I called the company in the instruction manual. That didn't go so well at first. I left several messages on their answering service and never received a return call. I finally emailed the company and got a response the very next day from Aloha. She was fabulous!! She had the problem resolved quickly. But, when the next top came it looked like it was a showroom piece. It was completely scratched . I text Aloha immediately and she responed immediately. She got another top shipped ASAP and this one came and there was no problem. Thankfully!! The product goes together very simply. Just be careful when putting product together--wood will split if you pound too hard. My only complaint is they need to work on their answering service. Product looks great where I put it, (actually have 2) one on each side of fireplace. The other one we had no problems with!

I was hesitant to order this piece as there were very mixed reviews. I was pleased that it was easy to assemble, seems sturdy and looks nice. It serves its function and looks like its much higher quality than a $150 piece of furniture.

This was a piece of cake to put together, easiest furniture I've ever put together. Despite a couple negative comments, I decided to get it because the dimensions were exactly what I needed, and I'm glad I did! It fits perfectly, looks very nice, and serves the exact purpose I wanted. The magnet open/close of the door does stick a bit though. If you want high quality solid wood, you will have to pay more than this. For the price and ease, it's worth it and doesn't look "cheap".

This was super easy to put together. It looked great for the 20 minutes it stayed together. What makes this easy to put together is the plastic pieces that are preinstalled into the sides of the cabinet. They slide into metal pieces on the other side to join the sides together. Somewhere along the line (I don't know if it was when I put it together or when I moved it) all of the plastic pieces broke on one side and most are broken on the other side. I love the way this cabinet looks otherwise i would be trying to send it back. So my alternative is to buy L brackets and screws to try to get this thing to stay together. If that doesn't work I don't know what I'm going to do with it. Right now it's sitting in my living room propped up with the shelves out of it and one side missing until I can get the parts that will hopefully fix it. Too bad it didn't stay together the first time, it is a pretty piece.
