Bought this for my wife for christmas and she loved it! the fit and finish of it is not super perfect, but it has a great handcrafted feel and holds all of her earrings! also it is not super tall so it sits on a small shelf very nicely. only complaint is that on the one i bought, there is an odd number of holes on the upper section. so eventually it will be filled, except with one hole empty.

I have been using a metal revolving earring holder, but found that the contact if the earring hooks (silver, gold, steel... I have sensitive ears) on the plain metal of the holder ended up irritating my ears, so I searched for a non-metal earring stand and absolutely love this one! Shorter earrings can hang from the top, longer earrings from the bottom. The shape of the base and the two saucers are such you could pay post style earrings on them, or finger/toe rings also. The base is about 4.5" diameter, so this holder does not take up alot of space. It is well crafted, too. Mine arrived in separate pieces, but each piece has either a screw or hole (with metal insert) so the screw has a "female" metal piece and fits tightly. Very easy to put together, no tools required. I also like that it is fair trade made. Very happy with this purchase and considering buying more as gifts. Highly recommend!
