I'm not sure why some reviewers felt they didn't get what they thought they would. I included photos up above to show exactly the frame I got which is precisely what I expected. It was well packaged, arrived safe and sound, and shipping was very reasonably priced considering the size of the parcel.The frame itself is lovely. Its a french-vanilla white with some grey/blue/slate undertones where its been weathered. The frame is not huge or bulky I like it that way. I don't have to worry about where to hang it. I'm very pleased.

This frame is made out of real wood, the 'distressed' look is just beautiful! It is strong and sturdy, not to mention the packaging is a 10!! Great product, will be buying more!!The frame is nice but slightly yellow, also the "glass" is the plastic sheet you find with poster frames. Agree with the reviewer who said the frame itself is nice; it's my fault for not looking up "clear styrene facing," which is a fancy phrase for cheap plastic. That part was a bit disappointing. Not sure why I was expecting glass; wishful thinking, I guess. Anyway, that's why I gave it three stars instead of something higher. The edge of the frame also doesn't look as good as the picture.
