This stand looks very good with my black 47" Toshiba LCD TV.The only thing to be careful of is to make sure you have enough room in the bottom shelf if you have a tall, top-venting A/V Receiver.
Mine arrived (not from Amazon) with a small scratch on the front. I called Bush and they had a new one to me in 2 business days, with no hassles at all.
Edit we upgraded to a 52" TV... looks great on it still.
