Reading the comments and reviews about this piece as well as the matching 5 drawer set piece, I was getting a little worried since i'd already ordered the items-then assembling it, I realized people were seriously overreacting. the instructions were easy to follow, every part came in good condition, and at the end of it the nightstand looked really decent. Does it look like a designer handcrafted piece of furniture? No, of course not. you want that, you should go get yourself a designer handcrafted piece of furniture. It's a great product for the price offered and pretty much underrated.

Given the price and the previous reviews, I didn't expect a lot out of this nightstand. It took several business days before the item was shipped, but it arrived quickly once it was shipped. Although putting it together was more work than I anticipated, it can be done by one person with the provided instructions and minimal tools. After put together, it looks cheap and there's a scratch on the front already. I'm not sure if I caused the scratch while assembling the nightstand or it came that way. Either way, it is not worth taking the thing apart now and complaining to the company.

I ordered two of these as part of a design in my bedroom. They arrived in good time in what seemed to be good packaging. The workmanship on the components is a little lax. The laminate was bubbling on one of them and the drawer back damaged on the other. I was able to resolve that situation to my satisfaction with a partial refund on the order.

Make sure you read the dimensions of this product before you buy it. It is not a "standard" size night stand. It works great for our setup but may turn out to be very small in others. I also recommend using the glue that is supplied in all of the wood joining areas to add overall stability to this one.

Like the title says, for the price, it's a good deal. It matches the "Scottsdale" dresser quite well as we also bought that.

First, yes I knew this was going to be small. What I did NOT realize was the quality was not going to be adequate. I purchased this along with two other pieces and they just appear very small, not deep enough, and feel like they're going to break at any moment. : I would not recommend this to anyone wanting to decorate a room. Perhaps a small child's room would best fit this purchase.

The only problem I had with these was when nailing the board to the back if you are not extremely careful you can put nails through the surface of the wood which was annoying.
