Great and Fast Shipping got it in two days. Followed the instructions on the manual however the mist was not coming out. Contacted them an were happy to help and quickly responded less the an hour. Turns out the cotton rod needed to be fully submerged for 5 minutes since the instructions didn't say the time specified. As well if anybody else has issues for it much detailed instructions I placed at the bottom.
Overall the product is just what I expected.
Detailed Instructions:
1. Remove the cap module;
2. Remove the fixed bushing that attached to the cap module by rotating it
counter clock wise slowly until it unlatched from the cap module;
3. Soak the entire bushing assembly in water for 5 minutes;
4. Place back bushing assembly to the cap module;
5. Fill water into the container;
6. Cap the container with the cap module;
7. plug in USB power;
8. Turn on the unit by pressing the power button.This works great in my dry stuffy hot office. I have sinus problems so I will occasionally lean over this and breath in through my nose to bet some moisture back into my sinuses. That said the area around this thing WILL get damp. Ideally you can place it high and let the mist fall and dissipate, but for me the cord wasn't long enough. Not bad, but not perfect.
January 3rd, 2013: Update. No longer works. Makes a lot of noises but water will no longer come out of the top of the device. I tried cleaning it, submerging the cotton piece for 5 minutes, and still nothing. Now its just a whistling piece of plastic.Thanks so much for fast delivery! I've been using this little guy at work for the past two days and it's been great! My sinuses have been bothering me less. I can definitely see a difference :)worked good for about 2 weeks then just stopped...spend your money on something larger and more substantial...liked that this one could be plugged into a usb but wouldnt purchase againFilled and let it soak as instructed. Did not work. Some damp came up....Puff puff and stop. To good to be true
