I purchased these in the "linen" color, thinking (from the online picture, which is not the best quality)that the color was a silver/grey. When I got them they turned out to be a light brown check, which is not what I wanted. However, they looked very nice and I will reorder them in black check (BTW the amazon.com customer service people could not have been more helpful and accommodating when I complained).
