This mobile literally fell apart in my hands when I opened it up (a piece came unglued). I contacted Butterfly Grove and they were very helpful and immediately sent out a replacement. However, the replacement also broke before I could put it up but I was able to repair it. Be aware the hanging frame for this item is very flimsy
We have had this mobile for over a year now and it still keeps my little girl entertained. I didn't have any problem with the quality and it has stood up to her getting a little hand on it more than a few times.
