This table and chairs is absolutely incredible. The pictures don't really do it justice it is a rich, deep wood and looks great under the light in our dining room. The latticework on the chairs makes it look really elegant, and the sheen on the wood is excellent. The table and chairs were easy to put together I did them while my husband was starting dinner and it was finished by the time it was time to eat.The only thing I would caution on is that this is a heavy piece and the inside packaging is okay, but not great. A tiny piece of the corner was chipped when we opened the box, but I think that was due to our dragging it a bit on the stairs as we brought it up. This is definitely a two-man job. I can't say what customer service is like as we ended up just adding wood varnish and now you can't see where it happened you can do this because it is all real wood.
I suggest adding felt pads to the bottom of the chair and table legs so they don't scratch your floor.

I was excited to recieve this set and use it for the Holiday. It came UPS and it was terribly damaged and had to be returned. Amazon sent another one out, and again it was completely damaged and had to be returned. The quality is not good enough that it can withstand shipping.
