I ordered 2 sets of these chairs. The description said it would ship in a couple days, but it didn't ship for almost a week. Once the chairs came, EACH set was missing at least 1-2 washers or screws necessary to put the chairs together. I emailed customer service, and while they were very prompt to respond (and very apologetic), a week and a half later they still had not shipped the screws, so we still had partially assembled chairs. Finally my husband went and bought replacement supplies at a hardware store it didnt cost much to do that, but its still annoying that he had to do that.Love the chairs now that they are assembled, but will not be buying from visiondecor again if I can help it.
