P'kolino Safari Wall Hooks

We've used this hook at the entry way for our 3 year old for about 4 months. In the first month, one of the animal hooks became loose. When we tried to fix it, we found out the particle board broke off near the screw so it wasn't possible to fix. Then in month three, another hook became loose same way. This rack is NOT wood, it's entirely made of particle board (MDF).

When I wrote to P'kolino about the defect, they told me to contact Amazon, and was NOT a single bit friendly or helpful. I would NOT recommend this product. It's not durable and made of poor quality. For kid friendly coat racks, I'd suggest looking into modern kid designs items on ModernSeed, etc or on preschool quality kid furniture on Community Playthings.

May not be the most functional wall hanger, but it's cute and colorful. It is a little overpriced (made in China).

This item is very good. I was very very please when I opened it. I was very strong and durable. Great wood product! Good coloring. I brought it for my new grand-son nursery.
