I can't complain about the purchasing, shipping or quality. I'm terrible with measurements and didn't do any measuring in advance to get an idea of how big it was.SO my only disappointment is that it's smaller than I imagined (but that's my fault). We bought it for our 30lb French Bulldog. Yes, you read that correctly. She is a pampered princess. She just fits on it but there's no room for her to sprawl so she continues to dominate the big people furniture.
